Who we are

Two Shucks is made up of two friends who are long time locals and have worked in many restaurants all over LBI. Zoe’s passion for cooking & restaurants began at an early age working for her Dad in Howard’s Restaurant in Beach Haven during the summers. Alex has worked in restaurants in Florida, LBI, & Nashville. In 2024 we came up with the idea of a mobile raw bar for private events in our area. We are extremely excited to finally bring you Two Shucks Oyster Cart after a little over a year of planning and brainstorming!
