Who we are

We are long time locals of LBI who share a passion for the culinary world. Our team has worked in all kinds of restaurants throughout the area. After many dinner parties and shucking sessions, we came up with the idea of a mobile raw bar concept for all kinds of events. We are extremely excited to finally bring you Two Shucks Oyster Cart after a little over a year of planning and brainstorming!

Our goal is to elevate your event the best way we know how - oysters. We believe in supporting our local oyster farmers, giving back to help protect our waterways & oyster beds, and of course providing the best service for your event.
